I joined SEN Legal in September 2019 as Customer Service Team Member, followed by a promotion to Customer Service Team Leader in 2020. I am now delighted to have been promoted to Practice Manager. I am solely based in Bury St Edmunds, and responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations at SEN Legal.
My role includes being the head of the Customer Services Team, which means that I will likely be one of the first people you speak to on the phone or via email. I provide support to the Legal Team wherever possible, particularly for Melinda Nettleton.
I assist Hayley Mason with the preparation and organising of marketing events, and you may well catch me at some of the events to provide support.
I am committed to providing excellent client care. My aim is to make sure clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they contact SEN Legal all the way through to the final outcome of their case. I am always happy to speak to potential or instructing clients to provide assistance and advice.
