Head of Customer Service
My name is Kyra Harvey, and I am Head of Customer Service and board member at SEN Legal based predominantly in our Bury St Edmunds office.
I started my journey at SEN Legal in September 2019 as a Customer Service Team Member, followed by a promotion to Customer Service Team Leader in 2020, and now I am delighted to have been promoted to Head of Customer Services.
As the Head of Customer Service and Practice Manager, I assist Hayley Mason (Senior Solicitor & CEO) with the smooth running of day-to-day operations at SEN Legal across all of SEN Legal’s offices and preparation/organising of marketing events, and you may well catch me at some of the events to provide support.
I am committed to providing excellent client care. My aim is to make sure clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they contact SEN Legal all the way through to the final outcome of their case.
