Customer Service Team Leader
I joined SEN Legal in October 2021, as an Administrative Assistant and in 2023 I was promoted to Customer Services Team Leader. As of January 2024, I have also moved into a dual role to include overseeing the Customer Services Team and Assisting the Legal Team as a Legal Assistant. I am predominantly in our Bury St Edmunds office.
As Customer Services Team Leader I oversee the newer members of the Customer Services Team with undertaking general office duties such as, data entry, record management and reception duties, along with providing my team with support, wherever I can. In my role as a Legal Assistant, I provide support to the Legal Team with diary management, arranging calls, meetings, and liaising with clients.
I am likely to be one of the first people you speak to when you call the office, and I will be more than happy to assist you.
