Customer Service Team Member
I joined SEN Legal in January 2024, making me the newest member of the customer services team. I will probably be one of the first people you speak to if you call the office. My day to day duties involve responding to enquiries, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, and printing and maintaining client files on our case management software. I provide support to the legal team where possible and assist my fellow customer service team colleagues.
My main focus is to ensure that clients have a positive initial experience whether they are instructing or not. I aim to provide fantastic client care.
