Visit SEN Legal at the TES SEN Show 2018.

SEN legal are delighted to be joining our friends for the TES SEN Show on 5-6th October 2018 at the Business Design Centre in London.

Our team of expert Solicitors will be on hand both days to offer free legal advice to parents, professionals and Schools working in the SEND sector. As well as offering advice, our Senior Solicitor Hayley Mason, will be speaking between 10:45 - 11:30 on Saturday 6th October in the Exhibitor Workshop Theatre.

Hayley's presentation will give parents an understanding of what their child is entitled to and how to go about achieving it. It will discuss EHC Needs Assessments, EHC Plans, situations where parents should appeal and an outline of how to appeal. It will also include advice on navigating the ‘maze’ that surrounds legal entitlement for children and young people with special educational needs.
